PAYMENTS AND REQUIREMENTS After we get your application we confirm it and send you the invoice. The payment is made in two installments: A non-refundable deposit (the cost of the visa support plus the cost of one day accommodation) is paid after the receipt of the invoice, upon receiving of which we supply you with the visa support documents and confirmation of the hotel reservation. The balance is due 10 days prior to departure.
